Overview
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) enables learners to gain the knowledge and experience which will allow them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. Upon achievement of the Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce, it is intended those learners will be able to access higher education or enter the workforce as Early Years Educators.

Entry Requirements
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English grade C or above. You will need to have a placement in an early-year setting in mainland England with support from a workplace mentor.

- Theme 2: Legislation, frameworks and professional practice
- Theme 3: Play, development and Learning for school readiness
